Questions, answered.

Everything to know about booking, pricing, and what to expect when we work together.

How do I book?

Booking happens in four simple steps.

  1. Submit an inquiry. Fill out the inquiry form, linked in my bio and on this website.
  2. Design consultation. We meet to go over your design vision and your budget. If you don't have a mood board yet, I'll create one from our conversation so we know our visions are aligned.
  3. Design initiation deposit. If you'd like to move forward, the next step is a $250 deposit. This lets me begin the detailed design and planning process, which includes:
    • A venue visit to take accurate measurements and reference photos
    • A detailed mockup that closely reflects how your décor will look
    • Revisions until we're happy with the design direction
    • Sourcing materials and rentals, comparing vendor pricing, and putting together a detailed itemized estimate
  4. Your deposit is credited. The $250 is applied toward your final décor cost when you move forward with your event, so it goes toward your investment.

A lot of work happens behind the scenes before your event day. This deposit gives me the time to build a design plan made just for you.

What goes into my pricing?

I believe in being upfront about what goes into your investment. Beyond the décor itself, every event has behind-the-scenes costs for getting everything to your venue and set up beautifully.

Transportation

Truck rental is $254, plus gas and tolls, which vary by location. Most events need the truck for 1 to 2 days, depending on the scope of work.

Labor

I bring in a professional crew at $150 to $200 per person per day, depending on the day of your event and how much prep work is involved. Loading, unloading, setting up, and breaking down typically takes a 9 to 12 hour day. Depending on the workload and how much setup time your venue allows, I staff anywhere from 4 to 8 people.

What this means for you

Please expect a minimum of $950 for labor and transportation on any event.

Booking with less than 2 months' notice

Events booked within 2 months of the date cost more. With less time to source and plan, I can't shop around for the best deals, so I rely on what I can get quickly.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally, 8 to 12 months before your event.

Booking early gives me the time to design thoughtfully, source the best pieces, and compare vendor pricing so I can keep your décor as close to your budget as possible. It also secures your date, since popular dates fill up well in advance.

Already planning on a shorter timeline? Reach out anyway. Events booked less than 2 months out can still happen, but they cost more because I have less time to source and plan.

What services do you offer?

I offer full-service event décor, designed and styled around your vision. Depending on your event, this can include:

Draping and backdrops

Fabric draping, ceiling installations, and photo booth backdrops.

Florals

Custom floral design to match your color palette and theme.

Candle rentals

Candlelit styling through my sister company, 41 Candles.

Full-service décor styling

I handle the design, sourcing, delivery, setup, and breakdown of your décor, so every detail is taken care of.

Not every event needs every piece. We'll decide together what's right for you at your design consultation.
